Anneroos Rijsdijk
Senior Lecturer
Anneroos is a principal teacher at MoveInc.studio and a passionate dance teacher and choreographer. She completed her dance training at the Liceul de Coregrafie in Bucharest, among other institutions, where she laid a strong foundation in classical ballet. In 2014, she graduated from Nova College Haarlem as both a performing dancer and a dance teacher. After graduating, she worked at Dansatelier42.
With a background in classical ballet, modern dance, modern jazz, and choreography, Anneroos combines technical knowledge with a personal and creative approach to dance education. Over the years, she has further developed her skills through various continuing education courses, including those offered by the NBA, and obtained her Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) Level 2 certification.
In her lessons, the joy of dance, musicality, creativity, and personal growth take center stage. Anneroos encourages students to explore, discover, and develop confidence in their own qualities as dancers. She believes it is important that every student feels seen and can grow at their own pace. With her enthusiasm, expertise, and warm approach, she inspires dancers of all ages to bring out the best in themselves.
Machteld van Acker
Lecturer
Machteld brings a wealth of international experience to the studio. After her training at the Municipal Institute for Ballet in Antwerp, she danced with renowned companies in the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Germany, including the International Folkloristic Dance Theatre Amsterdam, ch-tanztheater, Contemporary Dance Zurich, and the Semperoper in Dresden.
Back in the Netherlands, she worked as a freelance dancer for various productions by, among others, Beeldend Danstheater Telder, Stichting DO, and Danstheater AYA. In addition, she built up an extensive teaching practice at various dance training institutions and dance schools, including the Utrecht Centre for the Arts, the National Ballet Academy, Balletstudio Marieke van der Heijden, Chassé Dance Studios, Balletschool Balance, and Dansatelier 42.
In her classes, Machteld combines technical precision with attention to the individual development of each dancer. At MoveInc.Studio, she teaches Classical Ballet, Pointe Technique, Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT), and Modern Ballet. Her enthusiasm, expertise, and love of movement make her an inspiring teacher for dancers of all ages and levels.

Chair
Claartje brings together a unique combination of passion, entrepreneurship, and managerial experience. From her love for ballet and dance to her dream: creating an inspiring dance school where every dancer can continue to develop throughout their lives.
With years of experience in managerial, organizational, and strategic roles within the business world, Claartje knows how important a strong foundation is for growth and development. She uses this experience to create an environment where quality, personal attention, and above all, the joy of dancing take center stage.
Claartje believes that people flourish best when they feel safe, seen, and inspired. Based on this conviction, she and the team are building a place where talent can develop, performance goes hand in hand with fun, and the love of dance is passed on to future generations.

Inge Hamilton
Treasurer
Inge brings together her love for movement, music, and connection in MoveInc.studio. Inge and Claartje met through ballet classes, and from that shared passion arose the idea to build a place together where dancers feel seen, welcome, and inspired.
With her extensive experience as a finance leader, business partner, and board member, Inge knows how important a strong and professional foundation is for realizing ambitions. She brings structure, strategic insight, and organizational strength, always with an eye for people, collaboration, and sustainable growth.
Inge believes that people can only truly grow when they feel safe, free, and supported. Based on this conviction, she contributes to a studio where quality, inclusivity, fun, and personal development come together.
